Natural Abundance - plant cake, extreme kumara  70g

The Paleo version of the Extreme Chocolate Kumara Cake was the original cake and we had the occasional request for a vegan version so we modified the original recipe with a straight sway of chia for eggs. And it worked. This cake is pretty much to the original recipe.

It has a particular consistency that our vegan cakes take on. It is an amazing cake in its own right.

Three years ago it was a novelty. Today it is a major seller. Popular with vegans and non-vegans alike.

The vegan cakes are the same base ingredients as the Paleo cakes: coconut oil, coconut flour, coconut sugar, cacao and then the addition of the particular vegetable or fruit that gives the name.

The Extreme range of cakes are clean, paleo and provide you with a source of slow release energy rather than a sugar rush. They are energy dense and you would be challenged to eat a regular slice in a single sitting. Except for the first time because the cake is so different and delicious.

The ingredients are:
Baked kumara (30%), Coconut sugar, Coconut Flour, Coconut Oil, Cocoa Powder (7%), Chia Seeds, Himalayan salt
