INGREDIENTS
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 30%
Skullcap herb (Scutellaria lateriflora) 30%
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 28%
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 12%
DOSAGE
Infuse 1 teaspoon in a cup of freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes to bring out the complex flavours and properties. Add a teaspoon of honey if desired. Drink a cup in the evening before bed.
CAUTIONS
Avoid use with other sedative medication (eg benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants, opioid analgesics) unless under the guidance of a medical herbalist or doctor.
