Lifestream Vitamin C Acerola is sourced from organic Acerola berries, a natural wholefood source of vitamin C, which is an essential nutrient your body can’t produce. HOW TO USE

POWDER
Adults: ⅓ - ⅔ teaspoon (1-2g) daily.
Children 6-12 years: ⅓ teaspoon (1g) daily.
Directions: Mix into a large glass of water or juice, or mix into cold food.
CAPSULES
Adults: 2-3 capsules daily
Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice
