This natural magnesium is sustainably sourced from naturally derived marine saltwater extracted from the clean waters off the Irish coast. Seawater naturally contains magnesium salts. It is manufactured by filtration, blending and drying without the need for adding preservatives or chemical products to form a bio-available, sustainably
sourced and concentrated dose of elemental magnesium.
This product is vegan. No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat.
HOW TO USE
POWDER
Adults: 1g (1/3 teaspoon), 1-2 times daily
Mix into water or juice
Drink plenty of water
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
CAPSULES
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily

Store below 30°C and away from direct sunlight
Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken
