Marshmallow root is traditionally used to support digestion and respiratory function. This tea is slightly sweet and earthly tasting. Marshmallow root is rich in mucilage, a glue-like substance rich in dietary fibre. Mucilage supports normal bowel function and healthy passing.

SUGGESTED USE

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of herb in a cup of hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink. Take up to three times daily.
