Definately felt sleepy within 30 minutes after taking two capsules before bedtime. Went to sleep within seconds. Had to get up during the night to go to the bathroom but was able to go back to sleep immediately and woke up refreshed at my usual time. Well worth considering when alternative options aren't working.
