Dry sensitive lips

Been using the product on my lips since having a bad reaction to a particular lipstick purchased which has caused my lips to become very dry and almost sticky, since using the hemp balm it had soothed it a bit and helped a little bit but still haven’t used it long enough to tell it’s only been 2 weeks
