Directions

Ages 13+: Take one 4g serving (1 ½ metric tsp) daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice with, or between meals.

Ages 5- 12+: Take one 2g serving (3/4 metric tsp) daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice with, or between meals.

Take away from medication by at least 2 hours.
