• Magnesium (as Magnesium bisglycinate) - 100 mg
• Chaste Tree Berry Extract (Vitex agnus-castus) - 40 mg
• Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-phosphate) - 40 mg
• Piperine (from Black Pepper) - 5 mg
• Additional ingredients (Cellulose, Vegetable Stearate)

Directions

Take 2 x capsules in the morning or midday daily, can be taken altogether or split between meals.

Avoid taking close to bedtime.
