Amount per daily serving:

• Lemon balm extract (5% Rosmarinic acid) - 600mg
• Ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66®️) (5% Withanolides) - 500mg
• L-theanine - 200mg
• Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin 50mcg
• Additional ingredients: Hydroxypropyle methylcellulose (capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate

Directions

Take 2 capsules in the morning, with or without food.

Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.

Is this product right for me?

• Suitable for ages 12+.
• Not suitable to take when pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Avoid if you have a known nightshade allergy as it contains Ashwagandha - a member of the nightshade family.
• Burnout Rescue can be taken alongside anti-anxiety and antidepressant medication but we do recommend checking in with your health professional if you are unsure.
