Hydration

I started use this trace mineral drops this summer and I see a difference. I use it usually at work and I've noticed that on days I don't use it and drink a lot of water then I go to the toilet often and never feel hydrated. When I use the drops I feel like a normal person drinking water. I will continue to use these drops as long as possible for that reason alone.

Cmd mineral drops for my water

I know they help as I seemed to be more thirsty after drinking over 1.5 litres of water a day previously.
The water tastes different too, lowliest it does have some goodness in it!
