Crampmed Relief Gel is a Naturo Pharm branded Relief range product that helps restore normal muscular activity and movement during the day and at night.

Dosage

Gel

Apply liberally to the affected area 3 or 4 times a day as required. Do not apply to broken skin.

Ingredients
Crampmed Relief Gel contains herbal tinctures of Arnica 1:5 5%, Capsicum 1:10 1.5% and Hypericum 1:10 2.5% with homoeopathic potencies of Belladonna 6x and Hepar Sulph 6x in a natural gel base of Purified water, Carrageenan Gum, Xanthum Gum, Glycerine (vegetable based), EcoCert natural humectant and EcoCert preservative. 

Suggested Companion Products and Advice

Do not apply to broken skin. 

For best results use both the gel and oral treatment together.

Nutritional supplements of Magnesium and Calcium may be beneficial.

Try massage and stretching exercises for affected muscles.
