It’s sugar just how nature intended, I think the fact it has its natural minerals intact make the biggest difference and I can feel it when I drink it in my coffee. I don’t get the nasty jitters that I use to get with a spoon of normal sugar in my coffee. I use it for all my baking for the family and have spread the word regarding its benefits and uses for people with diabetes. It means that if you can’t take normal processed sugar - which lets face it, who would want to after finding this?! That you can still enjoy something with a little sweetness to it that doesn’t hit you in the face or have any negative health effects, if anything, it’s adding to the nutrition your body is craving, especially with NZ’s high lack of minerals!
