This product is designed to support overall mobility and keep people moving - from busy, active lifestyles to mature folks. It contains a very mild bovine taste, although when mixed with foods and drinks it is unflavoured. Collagen Joints + Bones is pregnancy, breastfeeding and child friendly (suitable for 12 months & up).

How to Take
Mix 14 grams (2 tablespoons) daily into any liquid of choice, such as coffee, smoothies and soups. Alternatively, add to foods like yoghurt, oats, and baking. Collagen Joints + Bones is unflavoured, odourless and dissolves in hot & cold liquid.
