Sodium (as Sodium Chloride) ......... 300mg
Potassium (as Potassium Citrate) ......... 200mg

Directions

Adults (12+): Take ⅓ tsp (2.1g) daily mixed into water or any cold drink of choice.
Children (4+): Take ⅙ tsp (1.05g) daily.
