Oral Spray

Support: Use 2 sprays per dose orally once daily during periods of risk.

Acute: Increase to 3 times a day during acute illness.

Use as a support in combination with Vit C supplements.

Can combine use with i.e. Naturo Pharm Coldmed Relief, Coughmed Relief, Throatmed Relief etc. for added immune support.

Eat a diet high in fruit and vegetables and drink lots of water.
