Assists the body's natural response to injury, fatigue and bruising. Aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise and exertion.

Aids normal defense mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery.

Dosage

Cream

Apply liberally to affected area 3 to 4 times a day as required but only where the skin is unbroken. 

Do not apply to broken skin.

Ingredients

Topical preparations of Arnica contains the herbal tincture Arnica Montana in a natural, grapeseed-oil cream base,  a natural seaweed-derived gel base., an alcohol/water lotion base or in a light grapeseed-oil base for massage.

Suggested Companion Products and Advice

For best results use both the Arnica oral and topical forms together.

 The Arnica Twin Pack containing Arnica 30C oral spray and 100g Arnica cream is the best value option.

Follow with "Rest Ice Compression Elevation" for any soft tissue injury. Avoid activity or sport until healing occurs.

Exercise that does not stress the injured part, or causes pain, is encouraged.
