Our firm-style tofu is hand-crafted using just 3 natural ingredients and is perfect for cubing, stir fry meals and for those recipes where firmer tofu is required. It is made using traditional Japanese methods right here in New Zealand.

Ingredients

Certified organic activated whole soybeans, filtered water, natural coagulant pure nigari (as traditionally used in Japan).
Store: 0-4oC.

Once opened, cover with fresh water, rinse and refresh the water daily.

Consume within 5 days of opening.
