Replace your regular chemically iodised salt with Kelp Sea Salt for a naturally occuring source of iodine, and added umami flavour in your salt.
Ingredients: Organic New Zealand sea salt, New Zealand harvested Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata).
Country of origin: Product of New Zealand.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seal securely once opened – seaweeds are hygroscopic and will absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them.
