The Shakti Acupress Back & Belly Band is a wearable acupressure wrap designed to provide targeted support and relief for the lower back, abdomen, and core — without needing to stop your day. Featuring Shakti’s signature Level 1 acupressure spikes and an adjustable compression system, this low-profile band can be worn while sitting, driving, working, or relaxing at home.

The removable acupressure pad can be positioned on the lower back to help release tension and stiffness, or moved to the front of the band for abdominal comfort and gentle pressure support. Remove the spike pad entirely and the band becomes a supportive lumbar wrap suitable for everyday wear.

How To Use

• Position the acupressure pad on the lower back or abdomen as desired
• Fasten the inner straps for a snug, comfortable fit
• Adjust the outer straps to increase or decrease spike pressure
• Wear for approximately 15–30 minutes at a time
• Can also be worn without the acupressure insert for lumbar support only

• Medium: 80–99cm waist
• Large: 100–120cm waist
